Excellent, I like the way the two characters are only noticing their own importance of this particular time, as their self-indulgence collides, ( no Harley for you?) must still have been a proud bike and moment, very well done and best wishes for your contest****kahpot

Thanks for your review. Yes, the self-importance is the link, but then the characters were linked a bit too close for comfort.
I like the look of Harleys, but I would hate to have to keep all that chrome clean! I think they are more suited to US roads (i.e. freeways) than what we have here "down-under". I like back country roads, rough stuff and twisty corners... I don't think Harleys would be very happy in those conditions.

Thanks Douglas. I just joined on 31st Dec. I thought I was joining on New Year's Day (I am in NZ). This year it made a resolution to explore my writing abilities by trying different styles / formats and to get some feedback from other people.
