Good twist in your tale with the principal having two personalities. I like seeing justice done. It's also good that the students finally had a say in what happened. It is a bit too much telling for me instead of showing but really short shorts are hard to write. I enjoyed reading it.

I didn't really enjoy the story. Why is it so short? Is it a flash fiction entry? If not, I think you could really develop this story beyond the one paragraph you used. Your explanation notes were just about as long as the story.
