This is a cute and catchy poem, although a little confusing. Is she wanted because she was playing golf while disguised as a man? I am not sure if that would be illegal, but it's all I can guess. Am I right?

Hahaha, Bill it's just too funny. So she's really a man but want an operation to become a woman. And why on earth not. No big deal. It's been done for decades now. Denmark was a pioneer in the field. Made operation right after WW2 on an American Soldier. (1951) His name became Christine Jorgensen/New York. All best. Ulla:))

There are lots of reconstituted women who fit this description. I don't know if you have someone in particular in mind but, it could certainly fit a number of candidates who come immediately to mind. I hope that no one recognizes them selves and comes after you with a knife ala Lorena Bobbitt.

Poets are typically on the laid back side. If someone comes for me though, they may need some more things replaced.

All this is too much for me. There are surely limits to how much society has to deal with. We are being led to believe by the LGBT whatever community that everyone is just dying to be a different sex. Is it rational for a man of 65, like Bruce Jenner, for all his Olympic fame, wants to be remembered now as Caitlyn Jenner? Let the military decide about whether to continue accepting transgender people. There's another choice for this character--find some other line of work. Good job with your rhyme in this. judi

It is very confusing today with cross gender people born into the wrong body and how did they deal with it years ago? They just wore a wig! I thought your poem was a lot of fun, love Dolly x

That one hurt my brain to try to keep up with this early in the morning...is it based in reality or is this just 'made up' for verse? :) Either way, your aaab cccb...etc rhythm adds a bit of crazy flow with those 'b' pauses that works for such an interesting story (true or not) -- kinda like your 'pause' between throwing the next bombshell at the reader so they don't drown in craziness all at once! :) Thanx for sharing! :) Yvette :)

LOL! So there's a place where transgendering is illegal? Don't post this on youtube or facebook--people will come to your house with threats to kill you. Just a warning. Those man-girls aren't as delicate as they might appear in their five inch high heels.

Lemme guess...this has something to do with the ban on transgenders in the military, right?
I'm not gonna touch this subject with a ten inch pole, if ya catch my drift, Bill.
Okay, so I lied. But I didn't want all the other dudes (or women who are now dudes) who also might be reading feel inadequate.
Heh-heh-heh...

I tried being transgender once, but all those things hanging off me sent me into hiding. You are funny!! I keep laughing when I least expect t-it...and forgetting which of those silly symbols is for girlies and which is for the rest of youse.

Thank you, Sherry. You?ll need to explain about that trans thing a little more.

Just me being silly - some things simply confound me. I I had to change into something else, I would choose a cat!

I thought there was no going back once you've been De-johnsoned. Not a bad idea for hiding out except getting your johnson cut off. I'd probably make the ugliest woman ever. Your poem rhymed, it made sense, and it was entertaining. Nice job.
