Such a cute story that was well told. Do cats really have 2 month pregnancy? Or did I read it wrong? Anyway, an adorable story. Thanks for sharing! TA. ";-)

Thank you for the excellent review and kind comments. 65 days is a female cat?s gestational period. I double-checked to make sure. So glad you could stop by for my Catzilla continuing saga.

Sally, I had to give you six stars for this one having used the name Pumpkin to fall in love with Junior!! That's awesome!! I just shared it with my sister! I love the reaction at the end when being given Catzilla III "how kind." and that now it's my turn to be depressed! I'm sure there will be a lot of fun stories having a kitten to write about! It was fun seeing this in my emails tonight and I couldn't wait to read it!! : )

How could I waste the precious Pumpkin?. She is a star now and love of a lifetime for Junior! Thank you for the superb six and kind comments. So glad you liked my sequel. You are a dear to love me so!

I will always have some six stars tucked away to give to you Sally! By the way, our Pumpkin is a male so that would give your stories a twist! But you wouldn't have the kittens unless she got pregnant by another cat! That's what happened with Pumpkin; he brought home his pregnant girlfriend and became the surrogate father of the kitties! He also has a skull and bones collar as he kills bunnies, birds, chipmunks etc. - cute but deadly!

Well, love the name Pumpkin?. Catzilla Junior is a male. I I,anime tje new Pumpkin as being a little exotic with emerald green eyes. Sorta a tiger tabby. A beautiful breed of Tabby cat. I will give her a collar in laden with rhinestones. I can visualize her already for my next sequel. Junior will be dead gone for her. :+)

Awww. So many stories and poems about kitties today.

So, Junior was needed some female companionship? Well, I'm glad he cheered up, but kittens?

I hope you got over your depression and that Catzilla III is a good kitty.

Thank you for sharing,

~patty~

Thank you so much for chiming in on Catzilla and the continuing saga. Yes, I noticed Teri has cats-a-plenty. I personally needed a good laugh. Memories of Catzilla and sons always get me going. I appreciate your excellent review and kind comments.

I love the last line, Sal. your story reminded me of the first time my kitty, Gomorrah, went into heat. I woke up and looked out the window and thought I was in a Hitchcock movie! cats on the fence, in the yard, sitting on the shed. must have been a hundred of them. I hope you got one of Pumpkin's kittens, so cute.................meeshu

Hi Sally,
I really enjoyed reading your story :)
It held my attention from beginning to end, you have a very engaging voice.
I love how Junior's mood perked up after his visit with Pumpkin...amazing what a little bit of loving can do for the soul!
Nicely told.
Kind regards, Debra :)

Loved the story. Should point you to my cat stories more like history of cats over the years not as exciting as yours over in my biography on sankey. Let me know if interested. I figured Pumpkin already had the buns in her oven on the visit you speak of seeing I understand cats have a 6 month Gestation period. Now for some suggestions...Mr. Stockman[,] Esquire. Do you think a comma is needed. If Grammarly is suggesting the comma Grammarly is not always dependable

(")cat-lover(')s"

"where to(,) now?" voice.

Thank you for the excellent review and kind words. I read online that the gestation of a female cat was 63-65 days or a little past two months. I double checked this fact to make sure. My real life cats ran true to form here?around two months. I will fix the cat-lover and where to, now. Thank you. Big hugs!

Ok maybe I am mixed up with the age of the kitten or cat as to being fertile...maybe that was the six-month thing Thanks for the heads up.

Oh, I love this! My cat, Chico has an admirer in my neighbor' ca P.K. - fortunately or maybe no, they are "fixed" so we won't have kitties - but they moon over each other like teenagers. You wrote a story that made my heart sing. Thank you - this is better than any Valentine card!

Dear Sherry, thank you for the excellent review and kind comments. I am so glad you enjoyed my latest Catzilla installment. I cheer myself just by writing and creating stories about him. He was my notorious cat who ate my wedding dress. He left the world promptly, but not without leaving me with Junior?and now?the story of number three begins...

I love this little story, Sal.

Cute story from beginning to end and well written.

Suggestions: "Valentine purchase needed to ne made." (be made)

And: "A genius though came to mind." (thought)

Bless you, Bob

Thank you, Bob. I am so appreciative of the kind review and helpful critique. I quite depend on my sighted friends. That you are! I fixed it quick as a wink. So glad you liked my latest Catzilla.
I hope your foot is better and you are warm and toasty. Cold here this morning at 36 degrees. Yikes.
