Thank you for this education in enlightenment - I thought it was Mother Mary and Jesus...mayhaps there are similarities in the theology?? I have come to respect Eastern philosophies, so was fascinated by this poetry.

I couldn't find an East Indian Mother Goddess. Mary is a Mother Goddess as well being the Mother of Jesus.

This poem follows well the "Eastern Philosophies" of an Eternal Goddess. The poet uses and off again, on again rhyme scheme which works well. The use of a repeated refrain proves repetition can be useful. Good job.
