HELLO JENINTORRE: I like your posting here because I know somebody that fits the mold that you have expressed here. A simply put and well handled acrostic dealing with the main issues that lead to hatred and the unease between people ... criticism, overly zealous religious beliefs, closed minds, and envy... all leading to fear. It is mainly fear that destroys. Fear is the enemy of creation. fear is what holds us back... fear of the unknown, or of anything different, or of things we do not understand (or take the time to try and understand why some things are held dear by others). A life of hatred is to deny life and love.

A well thought out Acrostic about Hatred and as in the artwork I think that envy and jealousy often goes hand in hand with it. Makes for a sad outlook on life. Nicely done,

A good acrostic that teaches us about the dangers of hatred. Your poem also reminds me of another thing that breeds hatred which is ignorance - not taking time to know others can lead to hatred.

This is a very good acrostic about hatred--an ugly word. I don't think there is anything I hate--well maybe okra, borderline mushrooms. It would be nice to just live and let live, but is that possible? I don't know. Marilyn
