Lovely images and a sense of tranquility and harmony make this 5-7-5 a very pleasant read. A season is ending and Nature approves.

Perfection. A poem that say volumes with few words. Artwork is just the thing...it mutes the sadness and leads the reader to a deep sigh of regret for the passing. You have done a stunning job with this beautiful offering.

Excellent. This poem is such a mood piece. Creates a wonderful feeling for a natural phenomenon that we never see but certainly see the results. Gentle and caressing are great descriptors. I love it when the wind also says hello. Hugh

Very nicely done. I think one of the hardest poems to write is the short one as one can see when he or she reads mine. I like the word "Caressing" in the second line. A very appropriate choice for your description. Excellent work. Cowboy

As we age, so more of our loved ones and friends leave us to go on their next journey. This is a lovely poem of farewell, Kahpot, and a well written 5-7-5 contest entry. I wish you lots of luck. :)) Sandra xx

This lovely 5-7-5 makes effective of every syllable and reminds me of a passage in the Bible that speaks of how the wind blows where it pleases. The artwork is thought-provoking.

Poignant picture and verse
like especially images:
winds caressing treetops
'wave farewell'
Honestly for this 5-7-5 verse, I'd drop entirely the capitalization; at minimum, just for 'Winds.'

I love the image this conjures up in my mind. The idea of the wind racing on, never to return and the personification of the trees waving goodbye as if they were friends for just a moment. Lovely

A very well-written 5-7-5 to encourage and comfort us who lost someone dear to our hearts to find them in the gentle breezes of the wind and here them whispering to us.
