You're words describe the painting well. You should be very proud of him. He is
a good artist. I like that both of you worked on it together.
Keep writing and painting.

Beautiful picture! Keep up the "duet" work with your grandson. Those kinds of memories will never fade. Beautiful tanka poem as well. Sadly, family affairs are getting rarer and rarer in our technologically advanced age. Well done!

Oh how sweet! I love that you and your grandson collaborated on this, and the smile on your face as you write about it is obvious. I like the vibrant colors he uses, and the curve he gave to the hills. I enjoy that the road leads directly to the beautiful, bright sun (hope?), but that the barren tree adds a little melancholy touch just to even things out.

This tanka, Grandson Paints, looks good and brings a new mind into the creative processes which develop sight into expression. Nice.

I can tell you are proud of your grandson. My grandson is fourteen and a very talented artist. He paints portraits that are very realistic. My sister is a well-known artist. She does portraits for the Hall of Fame in Ohio. I guess this is where he gets it from.

memories can be uplifting especially when time is spent with someone. our past, present,or future is a time of well spent especially if its a family affair. your poem was very positive and inspirational. thanks for the read. "your so vein" means mood or humor.

Oh, how delightful! I'm so glad that you painted with your grandson. It's these kinds of precious memories that remain with the kids all there lives. Great team effort on creating a lovely painting!
