It looks like you are wrapping things up. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is good imagery.

Barbara,

This was a nice, serene chapter where it seems like things are coming together well - and maybe getting close to finishing up. *smile* I know you'll be happy about that.

I didn't see a single nit, all looked great! Thanks!

Ah, now the incorrible one is talking about a wedding night, much to thhe shock and chagrin of Shana. They arranging were.everyone will, it must be a massive house, still Drew is very wealthy. They are still concerned about defence arrangements, a man was seen lurking and pinning something to the painting. Well done, Barbara, blessings, Roy
Typo : In case the there's (a) backlash. 2: in this house the bedrooms (are) somewhat split up.

I'm sorry no 6s left, Barbara, this was a brilliant part, and the ending was hilarious! I can't see them not getting married, they are perfect together and her father must see that too. I loved the imagery of the two dogs and the kitten in the picture around Shana. Loved it. Well done, my friend, I hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you a fabulous 2019. :) Sandra xx

This was a lovely, suspenseful chapter. Good to see you back. I think you have missed some rewards on the West Australia trip chapters. I am putting up the last of those trip chapters today. Then it will be others to work on after that. JUst one suggestion with a couple of alternatives this time around....and curled up on (a) or(the)blanket

Hi Barbara, again you've penned a great chapter and it was not to long at all. What I would like to see is a somewhat more assertive Shana. Time is running out and she's still adamant to back to where she came from.
You might want to take that in consideration. = You might want to take that into consideration. Happy New Year. All the best. Ulla:)))

Barb another good installment here. You set the scene well and your dialouge carries the day. The kitten gives some intimate detai that brings the piece into our every day feel . you keep writing and i'll keep reading. I hope the person attacks have ceased and you fell no need to defend yourself. I think you fine just the way your are.

The person who attacked my character has muted me. I find that actually funny. If anybody should have muted somebody it should have been me muting him. LOL I have never muted anybody sense I've been on FS. I do thank you for the kind review.

It looks like something big is going down, as the painting is under surveillance and they found a man attaching some kind of disc to it. Shana seems uncertain in her decorating plans, especially about assigning bedrooms. Drew is still determined to marry her, despite her repeated objections. He seems to be sensitive to Shana's religious practices, so that should be a plus for him, but Shana insists she's going back to her job. I'm getting the feeling that we need to see more action happening on the scene, instead of just hearing about it. I realize that she's your heroine, but seeing some direct action would help. Take a look at this sentence: "You're cooking eggs and Shana?" Needs some punctuation to clarify. Great story, and we can clearly see the Shana is confused at this point. Hope you had a marvelous Christmas away from all the stress over school. judi

I think that sentence needs a comma and I will put it there. Action is coming up extremely soon. Thank you for the kind review.

You're very welcome, and I'm eager to see what you do with the rest of the story. Shana and Drew are quite a couple. I think they're destined to be together, despite Shana's present misgivings. judi
