I thought immediately that they were quite obviously film titles, so you've done very well indeed, I didn't consider for a minute that the rhymes were forced nor the rhythm stilted, I was just engrossed in its progression. Well done, most enjoyable, good luck, blessings, Roy

I hope this has not been your experience...the cheating wife. I don't have a lot of knowledge of Cary Grant's personal life. His fame dwindled down by my era. Anyway, well written overall. A ruined life by a cheating wife!

Absolutely, anonymous writer. Who cares about meter when it reads well and it's all for fun. Not that I have a clue about meter, anyway. But it is refreshing to read a poem that comes straight from the heart. Good luck in the contest. Ulla:)))

Good job, author. I see you have quite a memory for Grant's movies. I personally liked " An Affair to Remember" with he and Deborah Kerr. What a tearjerker that was. Need the kleenex for watching.
