This is enjoyable to read. Then I think back to titles you didn't employ and hope you'll get around to them, someday. Maybe you could combine some of them: "Arsenic and Old Suspicion."

I?d like to do that Marvin. I love Arseniccand Old Lace but I couldn?t make it fit my storyline. My favorite is Topper and it wasn?t on the list. Thank you for honoring me with a six star rating.

And it was a fun read for me! You did a good jib with the rhymes. I thought that they flowed just fine. It sounds lyrical. When you mentioned country song, I felt like that was what I was reading. A country song about a cheating wife. You did a good job! Good luck in the contest!

Yep it would be a genius who could fit the titles into good rhyme and meter. Your poem does make sense and the rhymes are fine, so, as you say, we can just enjoy it as a piece of fun.

Adultery, revenge, murder, capital punishment
Fortunately, they are all going Merrily to Hell
so I guess it is all okay, except who's going to Bring Up Baby
With a few rhymes, this would make a great country song
cause there's always Room for One More on the charts

Looks as good as most free verse to me and you worked in the movie titles quite smoothly. I was never a fan of the man, but movies in his prime beat the dickens out of movies now...excellent post.
