Sweet three lined tribute to your dad. Nice flow and presentation as well. Fine alliteraiton of E and consonance of S and T--sounds good read aloud. Inspirational imprints!

The love for your father beautifully expressed and reminds me of my father,
who has also passed over, but forever exists in my heart and soul too, a noble example for myself and humanity in general.

SueZen, thank you so much for taking the time to review my short poem. Your thoughtful words are very much appreciated. It will be 12 months this Boxing Day that my father passed towards heaven. I truly feel blessed to have had him as my father. He was the absolute best. ~DD

So only a year ago that your dear father passed over, into the light, but hope at a 'good old age' and without long suffering? Aren't we lucky and blessed indeed to have the fathers we had, the best ever! I talk to my father many times a day and truly believe his soul is with and watching over me and mine. A great poem of remembrance for a loved one. In this case your father. I loved the impact of the words. It was enough for a three line poem. You helped us feel a bit of acceptance along with a grief that always stays. Great job on this short poem!
