Great job with this word, "epistolisable." If it's good enough to say, it's good enough to include it in a letter. We're nearing the end of the year and you've managed to write a poem a day for the entire year. Good job. Are you going to publish them? Marilyn

Thanks for the great comments, Marilyn. I'm not doing a book of all of them. The main reason is that some of the words haven't really lent themselves to pieces I'd consider publishable quality (or else, I just wasn't up to the task). Quite a number of them do appear in the book I published recently :) Most grateful, Craig

A weighty term indeed! And what a novel and creative challenge you have set yourself. A tight verse with nice alliteration and accompanied by the perfect photo. :)

Wow Craig!
Great job to garner in and gift box the graphemes for your followers.
I love this profound piece as it recognises the true value of appropriately selected and perfectly positioned letters to form correspondence worthy of endless reads on a world stage.

SIXER for you!
Crazy good!

Cheers P

PS Liked the new word...now I just need to find someone worthy enough to receive some epistolism haha
Gee that nearly sounds dangerous LOL

This 5-7-5, Shared Thoughts, has the right framing and brings the emphases to us to ramp up our vocabularies and make the reading an effort of greater worth.

Congratulations in using that polysyllabic word in your five-seven-five poem. Ah, the good old days, when letter writing was an art! But then again, there is some benefit to getting a response back sooner like here on fanstory.

Oh, true. It's hard to comprehend how, as a child, I used to write letters and wait days or weeks for a response, in this instant world we now live in. Cheers, Helen

Good job. Craig. with your 575. Your few words/syllables, as required. speak volumes. When one takes time to write a personal letter, that mean so much more than some electronic thing. Thanks for sharing. Jan

That's if one can still (physically) write. I know my handwriting (which was never brilliant) has gone to the dogs since I hardly practice it any more. Many thanks, Jan.

This is so cool. I love writing letters using both printing and cursive styles. I'm not certain anyone likes reading them though. Oh well.

A fun new word that I will promptly forget because I can already smell the smoke of brain overheating. haha

Much enjoyed. :)

Thanks very much, Gloria. I have used words with more syllables in rhyming poems in the past, but I'm afraid in the late hours of the evening, it was all too much for my tired mind, so I took the easy way out ;-) Cheers, Craig

Real letters seem to be a lost art form with texting and EMs. But this poem can also be about the letters use to form words the form poems and how their meaning can
change things.

Keep writing

Hey, Craig,

Read through this poem this morning.

Nice job with this five seven five, using a single six syllable word worth sharing, and applying it to sharing words worth sharing in letters--letters having a double application of the short and long of it. Letters make words, words make letters.

I think there's a slight, yet more purposeful, Yogi Berra-esqueness to the philosophy and delivery that really appeals to me, while also having a harmony between the word, theme, and straight forward application.

I enjoyed this.

    Hi Turtle,

I had to use Google to find out what that gentleman's thoughts and delivery were like, I'll take it as not being a bad thing. Many thanks for the great review and the lovely stars. Cheers, Craig

This is nice, Joan. I like how it relates to the word epistle. I think that I've got this word in my mind. If your word were epistolisable enough, yo could write an epistle.
This terse style is perfect for weighty words.
Nice job.

Now look, Debbie, I'll be frank...

And why shouldn't I be Frank today? I've been everyone else :)

Thanks for the lovely comments, most grateful.

This is all your fault. You opened that bag of worms, Frank. Remember when I called you the wrong name? You are really making matters hard for me.
