Can't wait to go back to Caribbean next May. The sunsets are gorgeous! Between the turquoise waters and pink skies- our senses are touched in every way! Well done.

A very enjoyable ABC poem, Melissa. You paint a most delightful image of dawn over the water. Looking at that photo, as I read your words, I can feel the wet sand under my fingers, and hear the gentle roar of the ocean. Lovely stuff. Craig

Thank you for capturing and sharing the "moment of sunrise" in this ABC format. I admired your personification of "dawn" and your use of color plus the striking picture. Cheers and happy Turkey Day- Joan

That is indeed a glorious sunrise. Your ABC poem is well described. Lots of imagery contained in this piece. "Liquid movement of the changing sky" is so appropriate for the dawn and sunset times of day. Marilyn

Thank you, Marilyn. I really appreciate your comments. I am glad you like my liquid sky.... although it really doesn?t belong to me... and then it is not always pink... sometimes different colors... (I hope you like my attempt at humor). All the best,
Melissa

Melissa, you write a motivating poem. Right now it is raining and cold, the beach is close by, but the weather is outside. Your words make me wish for the sunshine to warm my weary bones. Thank you for the memory. :)

A very well-written ABC poem and an excellent picture of the tropical sunrise you describe in your poem and it is both complementary to one another. I wish I could be there.

This vividly lovely and well expressed ABC poem reminded me of my years spent living and working in Norfolk, Virginia.
We lived just minutes from the beach.
I used to walk down with Gidget, my Chihuahua, every morning just before sunrise to watch the sun crest over the horizon.
The fresh sea air, the slightly briny, fishy smells...
...I truly miss those days.

Hey, Dean, we live in the Richmond, VA area and go to VA Beach to enjoy the sand and waves. It is so quiet on the beach in the mornings.
Thank you diff the great review.
