When this was all over, Tim Ross--the head of the Breedline council--knew Tessa would have a serious come-to-Jesus meeting about their decision to go against the Covenant's True Law. --I REALLY liked this line. So good. Made me chuckle when you said, " come-to-Jesus meeting.
Great writing. I am impressed. I didn't catch any fixes. Happy Thanksgiving.

Glad you liked the "come-to-Jesus" saying. I can just see Tessa's face when Tim tells her they all had to shift in front of humans. LOL! Yes, I know I'm crazy. HAHA!

Thanksgiving was okay. Spent it with Carl's family. Glad to be back home. Before we left, we took Nathan out to eat at Mermaids. We had such a blast visiting with him. He's such a hoot! :)

Only on rare occasions did Lena address her brother by his full name, and this was one of those situations. ~ The second half of this sentence could be left out, but it is not altogether redundant if you mean to lay extra stress on the situation. Your choice.
I had to look up "flipping the bird" - now I've learnt a brand knew phrase, thank you, Shana. I love it; much nicer than using "the finger" phrase.
Yes, Dr Kruger, bon voyage! I'm so glad this fello is gone... unless you surprise me another time with healing powers that bring him back from the dead, lol!

All your awesome praise means so much to me. I always have doubts about my writing. Thanks for lifting me up to feel more confident.
I have tried to get a few literary agents, but three have said it doesn't look like a good fit for them. I will never give up. I'm not sure if its my story or the query letter you have to create to dazzle them with. How did you get a traditional publishing company to take your stories? This is all a learning process for me. Maybe some day a traditional publisher will give me a chance. I do love to write my stories. I'm really enjoying the fifth novel I'm working on now. I think it will be my best. It is more of a thriller/horror with action, fantasy, and of course romance. I'll never give up!
Thanks for always giving me helpful advice. I do learn from you. And I'm glad I brought a new phrase to you. Haha!
I promise, you will be happy to learn of Abbey's future. She does get her sweet revenge. I always love to write in a strong woman that gets to kick some ass. :)
