This 5-7-5, Fireworks Flowers, looks good and describes well this capture of the flora on canvas and then into words. Fireworks is the image I see. Nice.

Pretty picture and interesting poem. My mind wanders when I read it. I wonder what fireworks are going off somewhere in the distance... whether they are something someone can see with their natural eyes, or whether the fireworks are simply someone's emotions going off in their head privately... imagination sparks.

A very well-written Tanka about the bush of flowers that remind of fireworks in the sky. The colorful petals that move in the breeze like streaks of fire exploding. Great illustration.

Nice flower painting, Pam! They look like asters - one of my favorite fall flowers. I like the poem's metaphorical portrayal of the flowers as fireworks with the shining centers.

Hi Helen. I had not heard of asters. These are kinda daisy like. I will look up asters. Thank you for your lovely review Wow they are pretty. Not pastels. I just invented these.

Asters are September birth flowers. The name comes for the word for "star" as it looks star-like with the thin radiating petals.

I can also see fireworks in the whole flowers as they look similar to the fireworks set off at displays, making fireworks flowers in the sky. Good job.
