Hi Bob, it is sad that some don't ever feel true love...they never know life as it should be...I know through my parents it is alot of work...married 63 years...and still in love when my father passed...it is amazing...hope wonderful to have some one to love that long...be with you till the end...thank you for a great review my sweet friend...Bless you as well...love Linda xxoo smiling back at you...

I am widowed...my husband passed at 54...he was a railroad engineer...we had our ups and downs...but we had true love...
we had a fight once...he carried a picture of me in his wallet...he took it out and tore it in half...through it in the garbage...when he passed I had to go in his wallet(I hated that) never did that...but I needed some insurance cards...I found the picture taped back together...I never knew he did that...I know how much he loved me...sigh...I miss him...No...I'm not married...xxoo...true love is a very rare thing...

I had to give you a six-star rating because when I review one of your poems I know the words come from deep within your heart and you truly mean every word that you write.
To be perfectly honest with you, you are the only person that I can say that about on Fanstory.
As you said in your notes, you haven't lived if you never experienced true love in your lifetime.

I know we will be friends forever...and I too am thankful to God for that...I went to see Livelylinda(site poet) in Gainsville today...they found she has Uterine Cancer, along with the heart failure she has had for 21 years...and just found a lump in her breast...Thursday she'll have surgery for the Cancer...then will have to deal with the lump in her breast...their going to do a full body scan too...so we always go to a Mexican restaurant named...Linda's...LOL...the food is really good...and we go out to eat...I hoped to take her mind off it...if even for a minute...but we did talk about it...she is in good spirits...and she said she is not afraid...she has a strong faith in God...she'll let me know how things will go...it's so true Bill...when it rains...it pours...now write me a happy poem...

I wondered why she hadn't been on here for a while, the poor lady! Why do some people, good people have to suffer and the ones that really do deserve to, never do? I've noticed there are a few missing people on here recently, and wondered if it was due to all the horrific things nature has thrown at America this year. I will also pray for Linda, I didn't know she has had heart problems as well. The poor lady. That was so nice of you to try and take her mind off it, but as you said, she has a strong faith in God, that will help her, and she has friends and family who are all rooting for her. If you see her again, tell her I'm thinking of her and will add her to my prayers. Biggest ever hugs, my dear, wonderful friend. xxx
