Yes ..friends are like investments you have to dedicate time and effort to them so to make the best out of them.
I don't have many but those I have are very important.

The word " friend " is overused ..true friends are rare to come about ..sometimes the search will take you as far as the other side of the globe. [biggrin]

I appreciated your kind words. having a good frindship involve giving as much as receiving ..both parties have to invest time and effort to make it work and last.

A true frienship is rare but if one is lucky to have it they are "rich " beyond any money could make you.
True friendship is priceless.

This is a very nice 5-7-5 poem you have penned about friendship.
Friendships, like flowers, 5 syllables
need to be cultivated 7 syllables
or they wither'ndie 6 syllables

The last line needs to only be 5 syllable. Other than that it is beautifully done!

I appreciate the help ..I too had foubts about the last line but I put it in the haiku counter and it counts as one cause it goes with the word wither'n....die.

This form I saw used by another member and it was also considered as part of the word in front...so wither'n ...is read like one word with two syllabels.
