A very well-written 5-7-5 poem about music and how easy it is to listen with our soul and open our hearts. With our without words, it always brings a message of hope to the listener.

That is a poem I will remember! I love the first line! I imagine our soul singing based on the heart's desires. The whole presentation here is beautiful; the colors and font and words all combine to provide the reader an image of dreaminess, and wanting to dig deep and let their soul sing:) I am voting for you, whoever you are!

As a music lover, I REALLY enjoy this poem. In its brevity, you captured the essence of music and why we listen to it.
We listen with our souls, and the music voices our thoughts.
This should do well in the contest. I have to remember to vote.

I enjoyed reading this work a great deal. The imagery is fantastic even in this short form. Well done, Mystery Writer. 'our hearts language', I like that..

It's hard to deny that when we're having a bad day or one where we are simply down in the dumps a bit, when one of our favorite tunes comes on the radio it immediately lifts our spirits.
Music has that unique, uncanny ability to transport us to another place and time.
I cannot write a word of poetry myself unless some sort of music is softly playing in the background--usually classical.
Great 5/7/5 poem on the persuasive powers of music.
Best of luck to you.

All my life I have loved music and desired to be able to write songs. I never knew where songwriters received their inspiration. You explain it. They feel it in their soul.

Very nice short poem, author. And so much truth in your words that in order to live you gotta sing along.
A fine presentation and great entry into the contest.
I wish you great luck in the booths.
