Such a shame jealousy got in the way of who was going to get the best schooling. Wallaby lost his life but Kendall paid the price. Payback from the grave.

Imitation may be a fine compliment, but not if the one imitating you decides to kill you and take your place. That I fear is taking imitation too far, With that thought in mind, I do my utmost to be so lousy that no one would ever want to imitate me or take my place. I may be miserable , but I am still alive and not murdered.

Quite imaginitive and a bit evil if I do say so myself...that's why I liked it! Another great one that could only be from the pen of yourself.

Hahaha, i love this, Bill. You always have a way with words. Great topic. Oh dear, he murdered him and now he's in prison.for life I presume. Well, suppose he deserved that. A fun poem all the same. All the best. Ulla:))

Love it when the murderer is caught. A clever story with fascinating rhyme and alliteration. Toxicology infers poor Waldo was poisoned. Am I right?

Who knew that wallabies could be that treacherous and evil. Too bad all that toxicology learning didn't help poor Waldo from getting himself killed. Seems like those disguises are too easy to make.

I think kangaroos just comb their hair differently and slouch to look like a wallaby.

This is pretty creative. It had everything a good poem should have; it rhymes, makes sense and a little extra added surprise - fraud and murder. Great job!

Love the wording like college-y and laun-der-y. This one made me laugh. I wonder if doing prison laundry would be enough punishment. Good rhyming in this delightful story.

A very funnily dark write here...guess you decided not to put any pic to accompany it in order to not 'indicate' any innocent kangaroos (or wallaby's)? :) :) Thanx for sharing! :) Yvette :)
