Excellent work, Persevere, You've penned an informative, entertaining, and unconventional haiku. (I didn't know a chameleon's eyes function independently of each other, which is implied in your poem.)

Great photo that captures the reader's eye and then attention. Even though this Haiku is short, as they all are, you have written a poem that is vivid and energetic. It should do well. Good luck.
