Oh no, this isn't good being arrested. If Charles finds out god knows what he'll do. It's well-written very interesting. Your dialogue seems real and characters really come to life. Great job again.

Great chapter. Poor Mildred, she's having a go of it in this new life. :-)

You are doing a wonderful job of creating this story. I'm so fascinated. You make it feel like a 'real' world and I love that!

Great job!

Bless you, Rebecca; thank you so much for this lovely review, and all those lovely stars!! I'm over the moon that you enjoyed this part. Now we will see more of the invisible Veronica! I had to lock Mildred away because she was stealing all Veronica's thunder!! LOL. Big hugs, my friend. :) Sandra xxx

Mildred was stealing her thunder, HAHA, but I think you did a wonderful job of establishing Mildred in the story, so that was needed. Looking forward to seeing Veronica's adventure unfold. :)

Excellent Sandra
First I like how you gave us synopsis of your novel of how Veronica and Mildred are taken back in time to 1905 where they meet Gladys
and her family.
Your part of the women marching was written and described of what was going on with the police and the women,
Now I worried what happens when Gladys husband learns of her being in the March

What a lovely review to wake up to, Gert, and, thank you so very much for the wonderful array of stars, too! :))
Gladys will be very nervous about how Charles will react and Mildred won't be too happy being in prison either. How they get on, will be coming up next. I'm so pleased to have you reading my story, my friend, it's such a pleasure for me to read your reviews, thank you!! Big hugs. Sandra xxx

I wonder what will happen to Mildred, she, like Gladys may be thrown into the paddy wagon. Man, I've been to union meetings that got out of hand, I discovered at an early age I didn't like angry mobs, I can imagine innocent people being lynched. The cause takes epic importance, and I guess it gets results, but at what cost? Beautifully written, it's funny how Mildred has replaced Veronica, well done, blessings, Roy

Thank you so much, Roy. You are right, mobs can be a disastrous way to try and get their point across. It seldom works.

don't worry about Veronica, she comes into her own from now on. She needs to be invisible, as she has been in the other two books. But, there will be a surprise as well, later. :)) Thank you, my friend, for another lovely review. Big hugs. :)) Sandra xxx

Hey Sandmitchell...
The frenzied mood had allowed common-sense to be thrown out of the window. I last saw Gladys as she was dragged, kicking and screaming towards the van, and then brutally thrown inside. Worse still,

In the world I'm living in in the USofA this is the life we are paralleling with your protagonist. Fun read. yours, diana

We are having problems too, here in the UK, but not on the scale you are. I just wonder how it will all end. Thank you for reading this part, Diana. I'm glad you enjoyed this one. :)) Sandra xx

My , My , My, how things have changed since that given moment. Women here in the U.S. are a majority and voices heard even into leadership roles. Well done my friend.

Times are changing fast, aren't they Chuck? When I think of life in your grandmother, Maude's time, to the Suffragettes time, and now this time. It's unbelievable how much has changed in not too long a time. Thank you so very much for the lovely 6 stars, my dear friend. I really appreciate your kindness. Big hugs, my friend. :)) Sandy. xxx

Graham has started reading your book, he said I had to finish the one I was reading and I can read yours when he's finished it! Cheeky thing!! :))

Oh, dear, now Gladys is really in a tough spot when her husband finds this out. And poor Mildred thrown in jail, too. Veronica has her hands full to pull this off. I wonder if she will materialize soon?

It's going to be a tough one. :( Thank you so much, Yvonne, for your lovely review. I'm so pleased you still enjoy the story. I'm going to be lost when this book is finished and no more Mildred and Veronica. I'll have to think of something else then. Poetry?? Big hugs my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Oh no! Mildred is being arrested instead of saving Gladys she will be joining her in jail. Well there's no way to keep Gladys safe from her husband now, it is a reality, he will know all about it. Who tipped off the police? I am anxious to know what happens when Vice Admiral Charles Pembrock learns his wife is a suffragette. Well done Sandra dear. :) Nancy

It will be hard for Mildred, but I think she'll be fine. Gladys on the other hand, not only is in jail, she has to face her husband when she gets out. I don't know where I'd rather be! Thank you so much, Nancy, for your lovely review. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Big hugs my friend. :) Sandra xx

Wow, what other can I say, wow. This was an exciting, action filled chapter. Mildred has indeed found a new friend in Amelia and maintained her loyalty to Gladys. I would definitely agree that Clare is an instigator, she knows when to pause and she knows exactly what to say to stir the pot. What a shame that both Gladys and Mildred were arrested. You ended the chapter at a perfect point, leaving the reader (me lol) hanging. Very well done, thanks for sharing. Big hugs & smiles.

My heart goes out to Mildred. I know she wasn't expecting this. I ma wondering what will happen next. This is another good write.

"Are you frightened?" I asked her. (her is an extra word. I think we know who she asked)

Thank you so much for this lovely review, Barbara. I've taken out the whole thing... I asked her... as you say, you know who asked the question and who the question was to. So it was redundant. I appreciate your help in this. Thank you, my friend. :) Sandra xx
