Sorry, don't get it. The Welsh creator bards were thought to have created the world. What bards are you talking about and what "conundrum?" I, frankly, hate these contests that make poets use so few words when they sit on the toilet they can't take a shit. That's about as intelligent as my thoughts get here.

Really nice job on this poem. I think this style of poem has a more 'weighty' feel to it, which works well with the thoughtful theme that you chose. Good work, and best of luck on the contest!

I think you did a good job in talking about wisdom and making the deal with it. I think that I am making sense. Otherwise, very good poem! Good luck in the contest!

Hi AC and happy Labour Day to you. Perhaps it's true, but the need to be seen as a vessel containing more wisdom than any other seems to be a fool's errand and closes one's mind and heart to the wisdom that is found everywhere.
That said, a great job and another fine contest created by you, which is nice.
Thank you for sharing. :)

Interesting commentary on poetry. I read this as three separate thoughts and my favorite is:
"Our bards
Poetised wisdom
Clarifying our conundrum"
It's most gratifying when we read a poem and come away with wisdom that remains in our brains. The next line was a little confusing to me because "seal" can be a verb or a noun. I know it's not the animal. But I can read it as wisdom sealing itself or wisdom has a particular identifying seal which the poet stamps on the poems of the bards?

This is what all poets hope for. That their words are seen as wisdom by those they share them with. I like the artwork and the alliteration. Good luck in the contest.

I'm captured by the intended message of this work but sorry to say, not wise enough to really understand. ie: meaning of a bard? Eager to learn more so hope to see this author again soon. many thanks! HIS GRAYNESS; Vance

A very well-written twenty six word poem about a poet's wisdom that are weaved into the words they put on paper. Sometimes it needs great imagination to understand what the poet wants to say.
