You put up with a lot more than I would have put up with. He was rude and overbearing. Red flags should have come up when he announced you was going to his office party. Don't feel bad about it. He got what he deserved. He was a jerk. LOL :) Nancy

Office parties are the worst. No one should have to go to one on a first date. People are funny. He was very different. Poor thing. Thank you Nancy.

I think we've all met men like this guy. They DO make you feel very uncomfortable. Something intangible, but creepy none the less.
You might have been luckier than you know, deciding to never to go out with him again.

Thanks so much Ellen. He did scare me, I wasn't sure what to say when he got so mad. I was young and dumb. But I didn't regret no going out with him again.

Mr. Whatsizname really made a deep and lasting impression on you didn't he, Roxanna? Not a deep, good lasting impression but one which compelled you enough to write about him.
It sounds to me as if he was just trying too hard. When you're not acting like yourself and try to put on airs, it never bodes well.
So, I feel it is always best to try and be you are rather than something you're not.

No not a good impression at all, not from the first moment. Poor things. I did feel bad, but when he got so mad it scared me and I knew I'd never go out with him again. I'm glad you are yourself on dates. I'd hate for you to be someone else. =} Thank you Mr. Dean. Rox

I think we've all had experiences like this, quite often there girls that liked me, but I didn't want a relationship with them. I was more a man's man, I was an avid sportsmen, and hung out with the boys. Well done, this reminded me a little of my youth, well done Rox, blessings, Roy

I was slung over his shoulder. I was screaming and a security guard came along and asked what what was wrong and Eugene left. But he just waited around the corner and followed me and my foster parents home. They surprisingly let him come in. They did not know he had tried to kidnap me. I was able to gently talk him out of it and never saw him again. Before his try I had not seen him in months. I was sixteen years old. Very nice. Thank you for sharing

Oh my, kidnapping. Thank goodness there was a security guard. I would have totally freak out. Too many scaring things were beginning to happen to girls with stalking when this happened, so I think that is why he scared me so bad. Thanks for the great and interesting review. =} Rox

I wanted to run when he came to get me and I knew he had lied about the date. I think now that I didn't even know him at all and I went off with him. I know people do that today, but it doesn't always have the best out come. Thanks so much. Rox
