Very good mysterious author. You capture the essence of what goes on in all our lives. We wander the world when young, we gather all we can when mature, and then at a later date we ponder on what we have done and "what lies ahead." This is a good entry for the 10 Word Poem.

Oh my goodness this is good. You should have saved this one for the real money unless you have more like this up your sleeve. I can't express how much I like your how, when, and what poem. These are the sort of thoughts that those in their twilight years have go through their minds.
What awaits me on the other side?
Is there really something after death besides the cold, cruel confines of the grave?
If we're Christians and believe in the teachings of the Bible then we already know the answers.
You managed to say quite a bit in just ten words.
