A very well-written three-line poem about the rain that sometimes reminds us of the tears of angels coming down to bring us relief from heat and dust that gathers on the plant leaves.

This is a beautiful short poem. A great subject and I'll bet you can see the tears of an angel..lord knows there is plenty to cry about in this world. A lovely image though, you created with your words. Best of luck in the contest.

This is a beautiful poem. It puts raindrops in a whole new light. I don't think I'll think about rain the same way I did.

Thank you. Guess I got the idea from funerals, though it doesn't always rain at them, I just thought that the raindrops were angels crying along with the mourners. Anyway, tgabk you so very much for the stars and lovely comment.

What a sweet, splendid idea. Perhaps many of the raindrops are tears. This poem is intriguing and made me pause in my reading thru the entries. Lovely.

A technical note: I found the words hard to read because the background and the font are so light. Perhaps you can change that for future readers?
It is an interesting concept, but I hate to think that angels have so much to cry about.
