Wouldn't that be wonderful? I've lost children in a very different way than you did. I had several miscarriages. I often think about them. What would they be like? What kind of lives would they lead? While my losses can't begin to compare with what you have, and do, deal with constantly, it's the closest I can come to really understanding what your writing is expressing.

Makes me think there is a dangerous snare in artificial intelligence. There is enough
heartbreak in kids, puppies and kittens, grieving over robots just complicates things. Interesting post.

Quite possibly one day will be we will be cloning human bodies an exact duplicate of ourselves for organ tissue usage to live at least 200 years give it about three hundred years to get this going right now we can clone an animal which is been done Molly the cow but it's kind of anti-religious but the way this world is going that ain't going to be a factor much longer thanks for your time and review red dr. Great story poem. That lock of hair from your son Jason must be very precious to you. It is an actual part of him that you can keep forever. Losing a child must be the worst thing to happen to a parent.

And thanks for your wonderful review and time Lou.
The loss of a child?
And, yes it can kill you.
My wife is an example.

Very deep thoughts on this piece... leaves one thinking and pondering ... there must be something to the idea of a single lock of hair ... possibly because it never fades, or loses its vitality... hmmm.
