Exceptional

The picture of the two in Lobster pinnies is about as close as you could get to my idea of how these two guys look. Talk about vacant??!! In Australia we call them Crayfish. There are also fresh water specimens in South Australia we call Yabbies although in Western Australia they are called Marron fish. My husband was invited to a Marron fishing expedition late one night by the chap he was working for when we were over in WA many years ago. They called for him at about 9-9.30pm and didn't get home until after daybreak. We had Marron fish for tea that night. Yum Yum.
These days I prefer my shell fish to be easier found. Nice one Bill, good laugh. The poor greeter, saddled with a name like that.Cheers Cass

Thanks, Cass, for getting into this one. Fun story, too.

These blokes betta make up dere mind where they gonna eat. Ned has quite the dialect, and the greeter must not have cared too much about his uncle. This will probably turn out to be a hilarious read.

This is definitely an evening at Red Lobster--snooty wait staff and all. Ned and Pons always put a smile on my face, so I'm glad of the opportunity to read one more. Well done!
