Depression is a horrible thing. The disease itself robs you of the will to fight it. Expressing it takes strength and courage. Keep fighting (hugs from a fellow sufferer).

This helped me when I was depressed
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. - Philippians 4:8
I wouldn't get out of bed until I had thought about whatever is true...or real. I in a sense retrained my brain..99%of my thoughts were imagined not real,
