Good morning to you, Craig

I often use the word 'beauty' in my work and I'm so pleased to have discovered this word-- Beautihood'

Enjoyed the philosophy of this brief poem. Looks often override the depth of ourselves.

kind regards

trimple

-Nice choice of artwork, Craig.
-Effective description, rhyme, and meter.
-I like the ideas about "beautyhood"
in your poem.
-It seems she begins by having it all,
but, as many do, had a lot to learn
about life and people, and herself.
-I like the change in her attitude
in the conclusion.
-Thanks for sharing.

Now, though in worldly terms, she's poor,
compassion has become her art.
She welcomes strangers at her door,
and greets them with an open heart

I could really appreciate this poem. It is indeed about life and you did a great job of capturing it. I was very impressed.

This speaks about beauty; that beautyhood comes in time but it goes with passage of time, like law of Nature; well said, well done. Keep Writing -- DR ALCREATOR

Because of Latin I knew that pulcritude also means beauty,,,. But beautyhood who knew...Little Red Riding knew....youknow hood...Robin ....of tights and Sherwood hood knew...
And people in dah hood knew but me I'd never heard of beauty hood
God bless...loved the poem and pic...perfect

This is simply lovely. And what a wonderful moral - that there are things in life that are far more important than good looks and the admiration of others. Well done - a perfectly crafted poem with a lovely meaning.
