A very well-written acrostic poem about the health benefits of vegetables. We can eat it in abundance daily without risking our health. It makes us strong and we can fight against many kinds of sicknesses.

I love my vegetables and they deserve a poem. Excellent acrostic form that captures why veggies are so important. "Lower blood pressure and more" is a great line, it is so true.
