LL,

Wow. I imagine that he will think twice before leaving another woman at the altar! hahaha! This was a cute little poem about the dangers of love and leaving. Thanks!

Loanna, you have such a wicked sense of humor. I find the poem a bit strained but it gets the message across very well flowing well with the abcb rhyming scheme. Oh, BTW, you are not going to get away with poo rhyming with shoe-- it does not rhyme in:=) -- just pulling your chain. =)

Her flowers, she scattered...she'd look back; not ever.
Her note contained horse poo-
she felt,oh so clever.

Haha, good for her! I think Clarance would have made a terrible husband. Where he found his shoe was perfect. Thanks for making me laugh.

Hi, Lo. Wow! I guess she showed him, eh? LOL This is an amusing but sad state of affairs. I have always found it odd that people in love are so wound up in it that when things come to an end thaye do not know how to accept them and even seek revenge sometimes. Good job on this, my friend. Bob

Oh Bob, this was my gift to a friend who just went through this. LOL I got her to smile, so I guess all is well. Yes, what is wrong with these people? It is such a wonderful thing to find someone, and it is such a shame they need to ruin it.
    Have wonderful days, Lo

Great poem and picture. Funny but also a little sad. You need to find humor even when things do not go as planned. Good luck in the contest. Hope it does not happen often.

I enjoyed your humor poetry! I have a ten year old boy, so the word "poo" is tossed around quite a bit. Lol Sorry Clarence, Merriam gained her senses! ;)

Wow -- now there's a twisted love tale if ever there was one put to rhyme -- entertaining and yet painful to "watch" it play out! :) :) Just a few grammatical catches in your masterpiece here -- thank you for sharing!! :) :)

"time;Oh," 'time; oh,'
" falter.) " ' falter) '
"scattered...she'd look back; not ever. " 'scattered; she'd look back...not ever. '
" felt,oh so" ' felt oh, so'
