Hi there,
I enjoyed this sweet, little piece of writing.
However you may want to recheck the word count as it needs to be exactly 75 words and I make this 69.
All the best

That was a touching story for only seventy five words. Pets like to be free and go exploring as is natural for them, that's why they sometimes wander away.

Outstanding entry, Lo. It's a very cute story with a lot of heart in an entirely plausible story. It's not easy to pull off such a good story in 75 words. I know.
Good luck to you in the contest. Bob

I had some trouble writing a revue for this posting. You have a good story line but not enough words to really tell the story. Read this several times and it just sat there on the screen, waiting for me to do something...this is the something.
I owe you a review...will wait for another of your posting'

This was a contest for which we could only use 75 words in a flash fiction.. thank you for writing.

Hello Loannalois, nice to meet you in this short flash fiction which I enjoyed reading. I am the same, lost pets make me sad, too. I think it was a good twist at the end when the pet he chose was indeed Fred. I noticed no errors and thanks for sharing your writing, Ana.

I really enjoyed reading this 75 word Flash Fiction about Fred, the dog that run away and Gramp with the new dog. You told a really neat story in so few words. It makes me sad to hear of a lost dog or cat too! Best wishes in the contest. Teri

Very well done and yes lost pets are a worry, I have had two dogs in my time and got them both from pet shelters (the pound) this is an excellent sentimental short story, best wishes for your contest****kahpot
