Good uplifting story flash fiction. I lost my little dachshund who was very attached to me when I left him with a dog-sitter. We were in Paris, and rushed back to spend months trying to find him - offering rewards -- but it never happened. I still find it hard (after almost three years) to forgive the dog-sitter for letting him out of her house without a leash.

Oh, my heart is breaking for you. Somehow, I know he misses you, still, even though he found an adoptive family who loves him. You can forgive your sitter now. Your sweet boy will never forget you and will see you some day with all of his stories. Take care. Love and blessings, Lo

Always love to read poems about dogs. Glad this has a happy ending. We do not know how a dog thinks but they know how to show love no matter if you are rich or poor.
