Hi Bob, thank you so much for this lovely review. I do have loads of fun at book signings, you get asked some really funny questions too. :))
I'll look out for your book when it's out, I did enjoy that book, even though it made me angry as well. How badly you and your siblings were treated.But, you all did well in adult life. Aw, thank you, Yvonne, you are a love. I can at last relax and go to sleep at night, lol. It's been a long time. Now to start the third book, I think you will enjoy this one with both Veronica and Mildred swooping back in time, together this time!

I'll be looking for that next book.

I'm doing well. Physical therapy has helped a lot. It's been hard because when they removed the old shoulder they also took the rotator cuff, so they had to bring muscles around from my back. This has been the surgery from hell. They waited until it was done to tell me it was the worst one to have. lol

I think it will really be exciting to have Veronica and Mildred going back in time together, but what will the children do????

that's awesome. People like to down-talk the site but you can get a lot out of it and very quickly if you find the right folk to help and listen to good advice.

I'd never written a story before joining about 3 years ago and I'm now properly published multiple times. It's astounding really.

I've been here 6 years, and thought I was a fabulous poet who would rock this site. And then the reviews started!! Ego deflated. But, my word, they were right, they helped me, and now not only has my poetry improved, I've written 2 novels! What can I ever say that is not just how much good this site does for would-be-writers? Thank you so much, Gareth, your reviews have always made me strive to get better and hope that one day you won't find anything wrong. (Impossible!) Bless you, Dorothy, thank you so very much for the lovely 6 stars. (Can my day get any better??) It's been a long haul editing, and getting everything done to everyone's approval, but I managed it. :))
I don't know how some authors can write two at a time and poetry as well, they have to be aliens from an authors planet!

You write and nurture your book for as many and more months as you do your baby, and then when your 'baby' is put into your hands ... it's magical! Congratulations on the publication of your book! I think we all had dreams like yours when we were kids--we thought everything would be so effortless.
