A beautiful example of an Etheree poem. This flows smoothly and the meaning of the poem is stated clearly even with the restraints of the syllable count. A lovely sentiment that I am learning is true as I figure out how to be more of a friend to my adult daughter than a mother. Nicely done.

What a well-stated Etheree poem that tributes the love of a good mother.
I hope this is true. So many lonely elderly out there that are forgotten about.
Sorry, rabbit hole. Great writing!

Etheree fever! I just posted one too and a teaching tutorial. I love this form. Beautiful, spiritual etheree poem of the wise, loving mother, my friend. Sending you my best today as always, and blessings for your day. Sally xoxo

A very lovely thought. A parent can set the tone for the children. Unconditional love will not only be returned, but it will be passed on to future generations. You state your idea very beautifully. It reads smoothly and your syllable count is correct for each line. A great thought for Mother's Day. judi

Good heavens. I'd get lost in all those syllables! This is too hard for me. Really well done. A great mom always, well almost always, sees the dividends of her work and love in her children. Well said. Rox

Perfect form. I like the simplicity of the truth penned here. I think you wrote this well and with conviction. I like the photo which is suggestive of purity and the color scheme wich reinforces the simplicity. Thank you for sharing your work.

Hi Patricia. This is a lovely etheree poem on the legacy a mom, dads too, good parents, can leave to their children. and it's passed to future generations. Marilyn

Thank you for creating this lovely Etheree to convey your message. I seems to me you must be receiving many "dividends" and passing a large "legacy" on to future generations. Your artwork is a precious accent as well. Big cheers to you- Joan

A fine poem about motherhood, Patricia! I only learned that after I became a grandmother. My own upbringing (and probably yours, too) gave us love with lots of conditions.
