Fantastic little boy logic. Mamas are so cruel sometimes. I've always believe every lounge room needs some form of life in it. And from experience I know live crabs are certainly far kinder to the nasal passage than crusty five day old prawn or shrimp shells.
A delightful poem and somedays I think I'd also rather be a tree. 'Cause seventy's not that old for a tree.

That reminds me of the story about the mother-in-law who put shrimp shells in the tubes of the living room curtain rods when she left her house to her son and much disliked daughter-in-law - or something like that, marvelous revenge.
thank you for your very kind review! It is much appreciated.

Haha, I'd of taken a broom to them, too, LOL. But, what a fun, fanciful writing of childlike sorts. Its rhyme is strong and pace was steady. The image and presentation were spot on as well. No nits or spags to note and I found this a pleasure to read. Good luck and keep writing.

Many thanks for your very kind review. Much appreciated.
I write mostly for kids, though I'm finding more humor in adult situations as I get older.
