Cute Bill. I know from experience that wearing dark clothes with vertical lines does not help if things are too small. Only rips occur or unconsciousness from being squeezed too tight. I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing

Yes, in my research I found studies that show that the mind perceives horizontal lines, like on a shirt, as taller and narrower than vertical lines.

Hey Bill, is that you in that Elephant costume? I know that you are a big guy, but come on now. Aren't we a little old to be playing dress up in costumes? Question, where are you hiding your guns?

If that were me I would be dressed, not naked like this dude.

Yay! Another pranka. Does this elephant make me look fat? How come it's vertical lines and not horizontal lines, how come ... nevah mind, Bill I'm being silly.

Super fun and perfect for a Friday afternoon. :)

Researchers say the mind perceives horizontal lines as making things seem taller and narrower.

Bill, This is a very cute Pranka poem you have penned about the elephant costume and how to remedy it being too small for the occasion. You did a very cute job with good words and cute imagery. Blessings, Teri

Hooray -- we're back to the 'real thing'! Fun little ditty - hope he's not a fashionista or anything cuz I think he might take offense at your critique of his look! :) :) Honestly? I think his ears might be a bit too small give the overall proportionality of everything else....:)

Thanx again for the smiles!

I wonder if the trunk works. That suit needs for that nose to have an arm slot.

Hiya, Bill

He he. Elephants are rather massive and look as if they carry the whole world upon their lumbering shoulders... Mmmm a nelie in vertical stripes!...

Fortunately, I haven't had to consider the vertical stripeage yet :)

I always wear dark clothes and avoid vertical lines. Does that make me an elephant? Come to think of it, I wouldn't wear an elephant costume. Great format for your Pranka. A funny one. Cute picture. judi

LOL, poor little elephant, being told to wear dark clothes and avoid vertical lines. Elephants are just big majestic creatures, so their build isn't fat, they are just strong and built large. Don't worry little elephant, you are so very cute.ð???

Lol. Interesting fashion advice from an elephant perspective. I would have thought to avoid horizontal lines but then again, it may be the long nose that he's trying to de-emphasize.

I was confused about whether it was vertical or horizontal lines too, so I looked it up and discovered that studies have shown that the mind perceives images with horizontal lines as taller and narrower. Learning day.

This speaks about elephant costume and that here it is too small and in answer you suggest that the elephant should wear dark clothes and void vertical lines; well said, well done. Keep Writing -- DR ALCREATOR
