I thought a flash fiction was longer than this... or is this how a poetic flash fiction appears? Interesting.
I would definitely recommend being still if a giraffe was in the yard!
I would have worded it a little differently, but poetry isn't like novellas, so it looks good to me this way. Good job.

nice, a complete, fun and funny read! I love the photo you used. it would be quite a happy surprise to find a giraffe in your yard, I think, anyway depending on where you lived and if your yard was big enough !
