Oh Ricky, as a mom of sons, my heart is breaking for you....your words are haunting and simply make me want to reach through the computer and hug you really tightly......as an author, I am thoroughly impressed... your presentation of the events of that night is nothing short of brilliant using the poles and the Bobby Russell/Vicki Lawrence song.....the emotional upheaval is so very real that any reader cannot help but feel the loss. In short, just wow.
