A very well-written six-word poem about the seashells on the beach that had its life in the ocean and brings with it a whispered message from the ocean when we hold it against our ear.

This is a good contest entry, Magic Dragon. Your picture is perfect for your well-chosen words. You give readers much to think about. What secrets is the ocean telling through the shells? Best wishes. Jan

This speaks vividly and simply how you listen to ocean whispers from the sea shells before you; well said, well done. Keep Writing Inspire Changing -- DR ALCREATOR

I used to love holding an empty seashell to my ear when I was a child. I lived a long way from the sea, and the sound took me straight back to blissful days of summer holidays. I did enjoy this one!

Your poetry is lovely. It brings me back to the beach and me picking up seashells listening for the ocean. It's a calming poem, and I enjoyed it very much.

Well chosen words and great presentation. Anyone who reads this will automatically remember putting a shell up to their ear and hearing the ocean. Wishing you the very best in the contest. Blessings, Cathy

This is a very good entry for the six word poetry contest. I think that the picture you chose really helps make an impact on the reader. And I love the implication that sea shells are haunted by the faraway sound of the ocean.
Blessings, Therese

Deep and insightful. Great effort! It's hard to write something meaningful in six words. Even the famous "rose" poem has more than that! I look forward to reading more of your work.
