Hello Anon
Thank you for this. I think it'd make a great 'emotion card' - the sort of thing that people carry in their wallets or purse and take out and read every now and then for assurance, or reassurance. There is a name for it, I just can't recall it.
On a very, very small technical point: if you use a full stop on the final line, then it may be best to also use a coma or a semi-colon at the end of the preceding lines too. Like a say, a very small point and just a passing thought.
