Dear Writer,
I enjoyed the fast pace of this piece and the humour evident
throughout.
Some ideas; -and here's where you'd like there to be a way to highlight the irony in a sentence- This weakens the irony that follows, the reader themselves can get understand so maybe omit this sentence?
* Would have preferred if the story ended at 'I, my friend, would just be rollin' Much more powerful than continuing to next few sentences?
Thoroughly enjoyed being spoken to every now and again about losing control and not giving in to the 'Fates'.
I suppose some editing for brevity could be done but I found it very funny and well told.

I think this is a good entry for the 'True Story' writing prompt.
Your story is well told and interesting. And it has wow factor. So many negatives and you still stayed positive.

Well I'm glad you finally made that decision to only roll uphill, so many people let there drama bury them and lose sight of the fact that they can be in control of there life if they take it, great piece

I , as a reader, would certainly like to see more movement, action, or excitement. It reads well, it flows well, it is well written. Thereby, what more can one ask for? Well not much, it doesn't need too much tweaking, maybe just a slight edit here and there to bring the story down to its bare necessities so to speak. Not that there's anything wrong with it, just pretend you're cramped for space and have to make room, start moving everything that is not essential to the story. Then it will become perfect. Just a suggestion. Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend.
