Good read, educational, interesting, well presented, image to match... mans best friend, poem has a lot of meaning, a man with a lot of questions looking for answers, questioning self worth, good choice of topic. (check capital letters where there is no full stop or add full stop, comma and leave capital).
Good Luck!

Hi Phillip, this is a very interesting poem which raise the issues of who we are, and how we're judged by others. Looks can and often are deceptive. Wonderfully written. All the best. Ulla:))

Hi, Phillip,
Your poem is very interesting. I was doing okay, but the last line was a surprise. Do you truly find 'the curious ones' to be crooks?
It is truly hard when we feel that we are the only ones who act with the best intentions.
Thank you for sharing,

The last to lines are so poignant Phillip, too many people judge a book by its cover. Never presume to know a person by looking at them and no one is what they seem, but their true colours soon show themselves and some people are full of surprises. Your poem is both philosophical and soul searching, love Dolly x

Ah, the What If moments that we all have, especially as writers. This is the first poem I've read from you, Phillip and I find it reflective, contemplative and done with very well rhymed couplets. You certainly write better poems than I could ever write, that's for sure.

Thanks, Aki. They come easily sometimes, and other times, they hide, leaving me grappling for words.

This poem, Who Am I, displays some interesting end word rhyming choices that really make the reader stop and take in the encompassing meaning.

Short and yet gives a very strong sense of feeling. The question of identity and relation to struggle is clear and it is beautiful. Thank you for writing this.

This is really good! It makes me ponder what I'm going with my life at 23! I liked the feelings it invokes of reflection and nostalgia as well! Overall really a wonderful job!

This poem tells some serious stories/situations in a simple and rhythmical way. I enjoyed the raw honestly. In fact I enjoyed it so much I am going to read it again. Thanks for sharing.
