Thank you for the author's note regarding Granny and Matilda. This is a very well written chapter to your story. Granny is a charmer and gets herself out of scrapes that would sink someone less inventive. Great job. Marilyn

Ah, I think the net is closing in on Granny Matilda, she'll need to slip through their net, forensics will eventually find out she quite definitely a killer, I don't like drunks either, but I wouldn't go around killing them, heh heh, an excellent episode my friend, well dine, blessings, Roy

Thank you so much for your lovely review I'm glad you're enjoying the story. The police are closing in for sure. Can Granny make it look like Matilda did it, or will she and Jackie be brought to justice? You'll be finding out soon.
Thank you again for all your support and your help, it means a lot to me, take care.

Thank you so much for such a lovely review I'm glad you like the story. It's getting down to the nitty-gritty, the police are closing in. The killer has one final job to do. Will that be her deciding fate?
Thank you again for all your support, take care.

Hi there,
I think if you read back thought your chapters, you'll see Joe 'noticing' his hard working detectives quite a bit.
what my friend did. She had to sell everything just to pay his final expenses. - need closing speech marks here.
talked to your friend, Marge and she said - insert a comma after Marge as well.
but they're mainly prescribed to Alzheimer's patients. - need closing speech marks here.
I'm not sure how it works there, but if they didn't a warrant to search the room, then would the evidence they found during an illegal search be inadmissible?
All the best

Thank you for your very helpful review. Joe is very appreciative of his detectives? lol I'll go back and change some of that thanks for pointing that out.
In the states, if the police have official business anything in plain sight is fair game. If the stuff was under something, using it would be considered the fruit of the poison tree it and everything they obtained from the search would be inadmissible.
Thank you again for all your help and support I really do appreciate it, take care.

It's me again. I have a question for you. You do realize Matilda and Granny are two different people, right? There's been some confusion and I'm trying to figure out why, how to fix it. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
-
Yeah, I knew thy were two different people.

Oh no! Granny is caught. She can't go to jail. She must be free to kill Nancy's husband and all the other drunks. How many innocent victims will die from drunk drivers if she isn't free? You've got to help her. Pleeeez! :)

Thank you for your wonderful, yet hilarious review. Granny isn't going anywhere, yet. No Matilda is being thrown in jail, not Granny. Granny planted evidence to make it look like she did it the sly old bird, lol.
There's been confusion in this story. I somehow led everyone to believe they are the same when they're not. So I'm trying to figure out how to fix it now. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much for all your support it means a lot to me, take care.
-
Ohhhhh.... I thought Matilda was Granny too. You can put it into the notes. Or write a sentence including both women.
-
A lot of people do. Great idea, thanks.

Thank you so much for your great review and all your support. Everyone seems confused about my characters, that Matilda and Granny are two different people. I'm thinking it's the way I wrote the very beginning. I didn't show enough separate scenes. I'm going to review them see what I can do. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this because most of you are confused and that's not good?
Thank you again for your great review, It always means a lot to me. I'm sorry about the confusion, take care.

Hi Misty
I will read your chapter again and see how you can make the readers to see the difference between Granny and Matilda..

I see you minimized the italics without losing the internal voice - you did it with brilliance, Misty. It works like a dream. I don't know why, but I'm still confused over who Granny is, if not Matilda. I read the cast of characters and Granny is not listed there although she's the Main Character.
Maybe I'm developing some early Alzheimer of my own, lol!
