This one is one I needed today, faith gets tested all the time and when I know He is on His throne guarding all of us makes all the trials seem petty. NIcley done

Hi Teri,
A devout expression of the deep faith you feel.
The repetitive beginning to each line adds depth of meaning
to your words and reinforces your thoughts.
Good luck.
Blessings

Well, I don't think there is any room for misinterpreting this poem, Teri! You have spelled out your faith and what it means to you in unmistakable terms. Fine rhyming couplets, though I would have to hear you say it to match the last two. Excellent work, best of luck with this! Craig

Yes, I know you have FAITH, Teri! Admire your faith and lovely way of expressing how you live out your faith. Praise Him for his Love - for "He has loved us with an everlasting love."
One comment about the contraction for "over"
"one day my troubles will be or'er. " (o'er)

It's been my experience that the Devil tests me even more than he would that of non-believers in an attempt to discredit God, Teresa.
If anything my life is much more difficult since I became a Christian than it was before.
I guess everyone is different.
Good luck, God bless.

Thank you so much Dean for the lovely review and very true comments. It is a battle every day of our life dear friend. It happens to me daily also. We just have to keep rebuking him and standing for the Lord. Just don't give up my friend. It may be hard here on earth, but think about when we get to Heaven and how worth it twill be! May God bless you too! Teri

Some marvellous reasons for your faith dear Teri. Yes indeed, in Hebrews 13:5, He says He'll never leave us, nor will He forsake us. And that is a statement that gives me a belief that He never will, "God is not a man the He should lie." Numbers 23:19. Beautifully written Teri, great edicts. And an excellent entry. Good luck, blessings, Roy
