Oh, wow! I just love your poem! You had me snortling as I read through. You really have a lot of creativity going into this gem. I especially love the word snortled. My favorite definition was for stanned. Good luck in the contest!

What a delightfully fresh and different approach you've taken in this post -- it's such a twist on all the other entries I've read. So... forgive me for not saying...'Yay! Great job!! Way to go!' when I really want to curl up and frin a bit. You know... I'm entered in the contest, too. --ligh--
I had HOPED I might have a chance at winning.... But, oh no.... you had to come up all fancy and smart, right at the last minute. Yeah. RIGHT AT THE LAST MINUTE. urgh.

Hi Robyn! Thank you for your funny note. It made me smile. This post actually took me two days to write, but only had time to post it last night since I'm helping my daughter take care of my new granddaughter. Thank you for stating that my words were fancy and smart. That comment made my day. I had hoped to get a chance at winning, but so many excellent entries. Thanks again for your lovely note.
