What a great imagination you have. I enjoyed your choice of characters and their means of interacting. I wonder what my furry friends get up to when they are left alone in the house.PM

Love Melvin and Princess. I foresee a whole book of Melvin and Princess tales... um, tails... if there's not one already! Cats at a computer open the door for all sorts of fun. Well written, funny and ideal for a smile over a cuppa.

Oh, good!
Comment from Insignificant Weed
Oh, yes! This is too cute. Now you got me going with mischievous tricks these cats can play. And they are so coy. The psychotherapy sessions are hilarious. You never know what kind of animal is on the other computer or if it's a bot! I am rating this five stars because of the coherence and development of this story. I would just like to note one minor grammar error: "His human parents probably wear depends, they do not use the litter." you have a comma splice here -you are joining two sentences with a comma - the punctuation needed is a semi-colon. It should read: His human parents probably wear depends; they do not use the litter. Easy fix. Thanks for sharing. Love those cats! Just my style.

Thanks for a great review, my friend. Elaine
Comment from Phyllis Stewart
LOL! When their owner is away, they will play with the mermaid program again, giving bad advice. But then, anyone who takes the advice from a cat-drawn mermaid deserves what he gets. :)

Hello, what a cute story that would appeal to quite a young audience and upward. I think you are onto a good device for creating more of these. You have a platform for humor with the cats giving the advice, it gets all muddled up and is open to interpretation. I thought that was clever and I liked the light conflict between the two characters, Melvin and Princess. A good dynamic as they are so opposite.
I thoroughly enjoyed your easy to read story. No errors that I noticed and it is a work I'd recommend, cheers, Ana.

I got a real kick out of this one. They are very clever cats but clearly not qualified to be giving advice to humans. But something tells me they will be giving out more advice

On your profile you don't say 'my muse.' you do say inspiration comes from many places; I heartily agree with you. No muses for me. Now, the story/script. I love the way you reversed the situation with the cats talking and punching computer keys. Loads of fun, most enjoyable. From one cat lover to another. Something fishy about this tale? XXK.
