I grew up attending Catholic schools, and the concept of our Guardian Angel was instilled from kindergarten on. This poem speaks to the comfort of faith in good times and bad. Beautifully offered in free verse, and full of grace!

This really is nice, actually it's much better than nice, it's quite wonderful. The message conveyed is one of goodness and love.
I do have a minor suggestion. I'd suggest you replace the 'everywhere' with every time. My reason being, 'everyplace' and 'everywhere' convey, to me in this context very similar meanings whereas 'every time' offers the third dimension of time.

Dear Gramalot8, It's wonderful to write a poem about your Guardian Angel. I myself have written several poems about angels, one of them a couple of months ago entitled "Apology to my Angel." I liked your repetitive verse in some of the poem, and the fact that the angel is faceless means, to me, that you don't know who he is or what he looks like, but he can be anyone or anything. Dove
