Pam those eight words accpmodated by the picture of the promiscuous little darling you have posted said it all and very well. I dont like to have to guess what he limited word piems are saying. And you don't have to guess at all. Great job well done Pam!

In my opinion, obviously a fun write, clever in its presentation - the photo complements the verse perfectly and is in full compliance with the prompt. Best of luck in the contest...

Damn, Pam...sign me up! I actually laughed out loud (something I never do when sitting alone in my office) when I saw the image, then read the verse. Captivating in its simplicity; awesome in its honesty. Sweet! Michael

What an evocative 2/4/2 entry in this poetry contest, mmh a toy boy, someone to take out of the cupboard, then when you become bored with his immaturity put him back again, heh heh, well done, good entry Pam good luck, blessings, Roy

Lol Roy. I was reading this review and I did not see who wrote it until the end. I was surprised it was you. Showing a bit of humor. I really like your review. Thank you for your delightful review and five star rating

Fun. Cute. Superficial, but I guess that's the way you intended it to be. A cute photo you found on the internet. I find nothing wrong with the syllable count, so I suppose you reached your achievement. Good for you.
Take care, Jesse

Hi, Jesse. Thank you for your wonderful review. Did you mean to mark me down a star? Was there something I need to fix? Just curious. Thank you again
-
Yes. I felt the poem lacked merit for a five star review rating.

Ok Jesse. Thank you for your honesty. Can you tell me how I could improve?
-
I suggest putting a little meat on the bones of your poem. Not all your poetry is like that one. I think you can do better than pure fluff. Even if it is just for fun.
I hope I have been helpful.

Ok. Thank you. I only had eight syllables to work with. That is why my shorter poems are not as good. I tend to build toward my message with each stanza. I can?t do that with only eight syllables. Contest rules first line/ 2 syllables. Second line - four syllables and third line - two syllables. Thank you again
-
I understand.

Hi there;
Very interesting little poem. Yes, the eight syllables are not quite enough to tell a complete story, but in choosing the right photo, you have gone a long way telling the tale of a woman posting her picture on a dating site and penning these few lines.
Good luck in the contest,
~patty~

LOL! Don't we all? This is a cute and clever 5-7-5 which I enjoyed reading. It's hard to come up with something meaningful in just 8 syllables, but this one did. Good luck in the contest. Marilyn
